Job Summary: |
Conduct Central Script (CSR) and On-Site Reviews (OSR). |
Duties and Responsibilities: |
1. |
Conduct CSR reviews. |
2. |
Conduct OSR audits. |
3. |
Establish and update policies and procedures for audits. |
4. |
Assist pharmacies with questions pertaining to audits. |
5. |
Assist with audit programs, including credentialing audits of pharmacies and PBM audits, as required. |
6. |
Any and all tasks as assigned by management. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: |
1. |
Knowledge of medications on the market and their pharmacology. |
2. |
Knowledge of PBM operations. |
3. |
Written/oral communication skills. |
4. |
Problem solving |
5. |
Computer skills with experience with Access, Word, Excel. |
6. |
Telephone etiquette. |
Credentials and Experience: |
Required: |
1. |
Pharmacy Technician License. |
2. |
BA degree preferably in Health Care. |
3. |
Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience. |

Special Requirements: |
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management. |
Travel required, local and out of area. |
Attend meetings as deemed necessary by management. |
